A yummy desert that kids will love.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, orange zest and orange juice. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
Cook spoonfuls of batter in a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh orange zest.
