Winter Orange Wellness Tea

A warming and healthy winter drink.

 Peel of 2 oranges
 Juice of 1 navel orange
 3 cups water
 1 cinnamon stick
 4 whole cloves
 1 tsp honey
 1 pinch sea salt
Optional add-ins
 Ground ginger
 Turmeric
 Apple cider vinegar
 Fresh mint

Add all ingredients except the honey to a saucepan and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.

Drizzle in the honey and stir well to combine.

Strain and pour into 2 mugs. Serve with extra orange slices.
